You may ask why a company called Damp Treat would be involved in garage and loft conversion projects.  It is because we are specialist plasters.  Part of many damp related projects such as installing damp proof courses and converting cellars is plaster boarding and plastering alongside associated work of plumbing and electrics.  So we can also apply those skills to any conversion project.

A garage conversion is a great way to increase the size of your living space without having to move homeand potentially incresing the value of your property. Garage conversions are usually and simplar alternative to extensions because they usually do not require planning permission. They are also a less costly solution with the main structure already being in place.  For a little as  £8,000 your garage could become a home office, play room, gym kitchen extension or additional bedroom.  Costs will of course depend on the size and specification of the conversion.  Building regulations approval is required when converting your garage into living space but Damp Treat Ltd are happy to help you with this quite simple process.
