In the early stages, we may provide an estimate while the full scope of work is being established. Once all details have been agreed, we will supply a written estimate based on the agreed works.
Our estimates are clear, transparent and fixed, with no hidden costs. The only time the price will change is if the scope of work is altered and agreed with both parties.
We keep our customer fully informed about what is and isn’t included in our estimates. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to explain costs in more detail or amend estimates to provide further clarification.
Small or large projects

We regularly undertake the refurbishment of large projects, we are currently completing a third refurbishment project for a West Midland Children’s Nursery chain but on the other end of the scale we are just as happy to come and plaster one room for you.
Period property restoration
At DTL we aim to provide the most appropriate solution for a variety of problems including period property restoration. Our personnel possess a range of skills both modern and traditional which are required in this type of work. In fact we have individuals who are particularly interested in this type of work and enjoy the challenges it can bring. Where properties are listed we will work closely with local authority conservation officers to find solutions acceptable to all concerned.
